Homemade Easy Pizza

Gluten & Dairy Free - Vegan & Vegetarian Options

There's not really any explanation needed for pizza is there? Pizza is love, and if you aren't anywhere near a Hell's Pizza (who do absolutely delicious GF, DF & Vegan Pizza's), or you just want to stay at home and have pizza, then we can have what you need!


- Allergy Wise Pizza Bases
- Eskal Pizza Sauce
- Angelfood Mozzarella or Parmesan
- Toppings of choice (we love everything from Ham & Salami, to mushrooms, onion, tomato & capsicum, from pineapple to Delmaine Gherkins, pizza is so versatile you can throw just about anything on top)

- Preheat oven to 160, bake.
- Make sure the pizza bases are defrosted, as they cook quicker.
- Chop all vegetables fresh ingredients & any meat.
- Grate Mozzarella (if you are using Mozarella).
- Spread Eskal Pizza Sauce on pizza bases, then add a layer of cheese, all your toppings of choice & another layer of cheese.
- Bake in oven until all the ingredients are cooked and cheese has melted.

Tips & Suggestions
- For a "Meat Lovers" pizza, use Soyworks Vegetarian Balls crumbled up for mini meatballs and Delmaine BBQ sauce for the BBQ Swirl.
- Try a Chicken and Cashew pizza, it's absolutely delicious! We like to use GFTreets Chicken pieces & Ceres Organics Cashews.
- Serve with homemade fries or wedges.

Polenta Pizza Base

- 750 ml hot Pacific Vegetable Broth
- 190 g Ceres Organics Instant Polenta
- 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Alternative
-salt and pepper, to season

- To make the polenta base, bring the vegetable stock to a boil in a large pan and pour in the polenta in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
- Cook, stirring, until the polenta is thick, around 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmesan plus salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the Polenta out on to a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Leave to cool until it sets.
- Top with sauce and toppings of choice, and bake in the oven until all toppings are cooked and cheese has melted.
